What to include

Who you are — name, country, contact, your business
What happened — when it started, which institutions are involved, a 10–15 sentence chronology
Names and positions of the officials involved (from official documents)
The harm — arrest, asset freeze, business destroyed, forced emigration
Documents you hold — judgments, orders, protocols, complaints

Our rule: fact → document → date. Every claim must point to a document. Send copies, never originals.
